Don’t forget to re-enroll on time so you don’t lose benefits.
Check your mail. You should receive a renewal letter close to your anniversary month letting you know it’s time for you to re-enroll. 
 
After you get your letter, you can renew three ways.
 
Medicaid Redesign-08.png Online. Log on to your WV PATH account at wvpath.wv.gov.
Medicaid Redesign-09.png Mail. Send your paperwork back to WV DoHS.
Medicaid Redesign-10.png In Person. Visit your local WV DoHS office or your case worker.

Don’t forget to update your information!
If you have recently moved or changed phone numbers, please report any changes to the state through your WV PATH account or contact WV DoHS at 304.558.0684.
